Duties: Ensures that all maintenance tasks are carried out on a daily base according to faults logged Performs all repairs and maintenance (painting, cleaning, waterproofing, irrigation, replacement of globes & tubes, small plumbing work, door & lock repairs, cleaning of gutters and full bores, etc.) as requested by the Operations Manager.
Identify maintenance requirement whilst doing inspections on site.
Observes entire property daily and reports leaks, breakages and non-functioning parts to the Operations Manager.
