Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and monitor pouch packaging machines (e.g., form-fill-seal machines, spout pouches, stand-up pouches).
• Perform start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures according to company SOPs.
• Ensure correct materials (film, spouts, caps, etc.) are loaded and used for each production run.
• Monitor product quality, including seal integrity, pouch appearance, and proper coding/labeling.
• Conduct routine quality checks and record results per QA guidelines.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving mechanical and operational issues with the equipment.
