Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Accountant in the property or real estate sector
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g. MDA, MRI, or similar) is essential
- Strong knowledge of property finance, reconciliations, and lease accounting
- Experience with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis across multiple properties or portfolios
- Solid understanding of tax compliance, VAT on property transactions, and financial regulations
