We have an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join our client's Mezzanine Debt Fund transacting team! This role is based in Johannesburg and ideal for someone with strong financial modelling skills and a background in leveraged finance or mezzanine investing.
We require a candidate with:
• Relevant qualification: BCom, BSc, CA(SA); CFA or equivalent is advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in leveraged finance, principal or mezzanine investing
• Highly proficient in financial modelling
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business value drivers
