HEAD CHEF needed. 40-seater restaurant (BAR & GRILL STYLE). Minimum 5 years solid management experience to prepare starter, main course and dessert.
Requirements: Daily kitchen operations.
Propose and design new dish/promotion.
Strictly kitchen management (stock control in GAAP system and people management) at HEAD CHEF level.
Good communication and leadership skills.
This is a senior position to manage the entire kitchen.
