Provide support to the IT Department enabling them to fulfil their duties required for the business unit in order to meet deadlines and objectives.
Support the IT Department with day to day Administrative tasks/Procedures and support of users with regards to IT related issues - Reporting of such issues when required
Responsible for admin on all IT Projects
Daily user hardware and software support
Configuration and setup of new and/or existing users' laptops and/or workstations etc.
Network support as and when required
