A tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field, supported by a minimum of 10 years experience in operational leadership, process optimization, and national and international product distribution (including exports).
Proven ability to manage operational budgets, implement continuous improvement strategies, and maintain efficient supply chains in high-pressure, service-driven environments.
