Offering support for key systems and applications used in stores and at head office
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they crop up
Working closely with different teams from back-office to frontline to make sure systems are running efficiently
Assisting with software rollouts, updates, and maintenance
Keeping records up to date with clear documentation of fixes and procedures
Skills & experience:
Minimum 24 years of experience in a systems or application support role
A solid understanding of SQL, databases, and how systems connect and talk to each other
