This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Practitioner with strong IR experience and to manage costs and positions within agreed budget parameters, implement policies and procedures, plan, recruit and select staff, manage staff performance, develop staff competencies, reward and recognize staff, staff relations and wellness, people management and customer satisfaction.
Ideally you will have a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related. A minimum of 5 years experience in a highly unionised manufacturing environment is essential.
