Job Experience and Skills Required: :
BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
5+ years of experience as a Financial Accountant, preferably in the property or real estate sector
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and asset management
Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and handling variance analysis
