Qualifications & Experience
At least 5 years managing complex RPA projects
Strong understanding of RPA technologies and project management methodologies
An understanding of intelligent automation technologies(AI, ML, OCR, Gen AI)
Proven experience in managing RPA projects, with knowledge of RPA technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in managing RPA projects and delivering solutions that meet business objectives
