Minimum requirements:
Degree in Architecture (Professional registration with SACAP is essential)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar industry-standard software
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
Project management expertise, preferably with government projects
Experience in contracts administration (JBCC and NEC) and financial oversight
5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with beneficial experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
