Key Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in networking, field applications, and control & instrumentation
BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT Networking, or related field
Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA development
Certifications: A+, N+, S+, CCNA (Layer 2/3)
