Minimum requirements:
35 years proven sales and account management experience in Cleaning Chemicals or Hardware sales
Experience in the hardware retail sector will be highly advantageous
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to actively seek out new business opportunities and grow market share
Solid managerial capabilities, including client portfolio management, and guiding sales reps if applicable
