The purpose of the CFO role is to strategically position the Company for long-term growth and to deliver value to the shareholder; will be responsible for the conceptualization, development and implementation of the financial strategy, governance framework and financial management system; and will be responsible for the Management of several departments with a staff compliment of +- 17 employees.
