Provide clear SHEQ direction and support to Safety Departments and Site Managers.
Ensure full compliance with DMR and Mine Health & Safety Act requirements.
Oversee Injury on Duty (IOD) case management and drive corrective action plans.
Manage intra-medicals and periodic Certificates of Fitness across the group.
Enforce and monitor environmental compliance and site-specific environmental plans.
Standardize and uphold ISO-related quality assurance systems and procedures.
Be available to travel frequently...
