Engineering degree (BSc or BTech) in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current). At least 5 years operational experience in a factory engineering environment.
Pr. Eng or Pr. Cert.
Eng registration with ECSA. Government Certificate of Competency will be advantageous.
The incumbent must have an excellent understanding of electrical systems with the ability to coach and mentor factory teams and effectively communicate with senior management.
Prior experience in sugar manufacturing processes is advantageous.
Computer literacy and report-writing skills are essential.
