Youll be the tech teams frontline hero, dealing with software systems, support tickets, and the occasional "its not working but I dont know what isnt working." Youll test features, update user guides, run trainings, and somehow still have enough energy to smile when someone calls the mouse a "clicker."
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years in support and manual software testing (bonus if you didnt throw your keyboard once)
Matric (because its the law)
Communication skills so strong, you can explain Wi-Fi to your gran and teach someone in Bangladesh how to submit a return order
